As per project requirement Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Azure AI Services Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications using Microsoft Azure AI services. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, hands-on experience with Azure AI capabilities, and the ability to integrate AI models and services into enterprise applications. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to build intelligent solutions involving generative AI, natural language processing, document intelligence, conversational AI, and AI-powered automation.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Microsoft Azure AI services.
• Build solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, and other relevant Azure AI capabilities.
• Develop and integrate generative AI applications using large language models (LLMs).
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise data sources and vector search.
• Develop intelligent document processing solutions using Azure AI Document Intelligence.
• Implement natural language processing, text analytics, information extraction, and conversational AI capabilities.
• Integrate Azure AI services with enterprise applications, REST APIs, and backend systems.
• Develop prompt templates, prompt engineering strategies, and model evaluation workflows.
• Work with Azure AI Search to implement semantic search,



vector search, and knowledge retrieval.
• Develop backend components using Python, C#, or other relevant programming languages.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
• Deploy and monitor AI applications using Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring tools.
• Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or application development, with relevant experience building solutions using Azure AI services.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services and cloud-based application development.
• Strong programming skills in Python or C#.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI Service and generative AI application development.
• Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and model integration.
• Hands-on experience implementing RAG architectures and connecting LLMs to enterprise knowledge sources.
• Experience with Azure AI Search,



vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, or vector search.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, microservices, and application integration.
• Experience with Azure identity, security, secrets management, and access control.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Good to Have
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry and its agent development and evaluation capabilities.
• Exposure to agentic AI, AI agents, tool calling, and multi-step workflow orchestration.
• Experience with Azure AI Document Intelligence, Azure AI Language, or Azure AI Speech.
• Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with Azure Functions, Azure App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), or containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning and MLOps practices.
• Experience handling enterprise-grade AI solutions with privacy, governance, and compliance requirements. Preferred Candidate Profile
• Strong experience building and deploying production-ready AI applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project setting.
