Role Description The Site Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Uttar Pradesh, India. The Site Engineer oversees daily operations at the stone crushing site, ensuring that work is carried out according to technical specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising civil and structural works, coordinating with on-site teams, contractors, and suppliers, and monitoring progress against project plans. The role involves conducting inspections, resolving technical issues, supporting quality control activities, and maintaining accurate records of site activities and material usage. The Site Engineer collaborates with management to optimize workflows, improve site safety,



and ensure timely completion of operational and project goals. Qualifications
• Strong on-site supervision skills with experience managing field operations in mining, construction, or related industries.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders and to prepare clear reports and documentation.
• Knowledge of quality control practices and standards applicable to civil and structural works, with the ability to implement and monitor them.
• Background in structural engineering or civil engineering, preferably with experience working as a civil engineer on industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Understanding of safety regulations and environmental compliance relevant to mining and construction operations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and site layouts.
