The show blends money intelligence, human behavior, competition, and entertainment in the search for India’s “Money Rockstar.” IFI invites audiences not only to watch but to participate, compete, and follow the journey as they prove their understanding of money. The production aims to create engaging, insight-driven content that inspires smarter financial thinking across India. Role Description The System Analyst role at India’s Future Investors is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the technology and processes behind the show’s production and digital platforms. The System Analyst will analyze existing systems and workflows, identify requirements from production, content, and operations teams, and recommend enhancements to improve reliability, scalability, and user experience. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, mapping data and system integrations, and collaborating with IT vendors and internal stakeholders to implement solutions. The role will involve troubleshooting system issues, monitoring performance,



and ensuring that tools supporting participant journeys, audience engagement, and internal operations run smoothly. The System Analyst will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and documentation to support future growth. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Systems Analysis and Business Analysis skills to translate show, production, and operational needs into clear technical specifications.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose issues, interpret data, and propose effective, timely solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid Information Technology knowledge, including familiarity with web applications, databases, APIs, or cloud-based systems.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
• Relevant experience in media, entertainment, fintech, or digital platforms, along with understanding of basic financial concepts, is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in a quick-paced, deadline-driven setting.
