Role Description The Assistant Head – Accounts & Finance will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including preparation and review of financial statements, monitoring cash flow, and managing general ledger activities. This full-time, on-site role in Dehradun includes coordinating budgeting processes, supporting financial planning, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting to senior leadership. The role involves analyzing financial performance, tracking variances, and recommending corrective actions to improve cost efficiency and resource allocation. The Assistant Head – Accounts & Finance will collaborate with internal stakeholders,



support audits and compliance with applicable laws and standards, and help implement robust internal controls and financial policies aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Statements skills, with experience in managing core accounting and financial operations.
• Candidates should possess solid Financial Reporting and Budgeting skills, including the ability to prepare, interpret, and present periodic reports and plans.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or defense-related industries, familiarity with Indian statutory requirements, tax regulations, and audit processes is beneficial.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a high-compliance, high-precision environment.
