Overview The Gallagher Center of Excellence is on the lookout for Associate to join our esteemed Claims team. As an associate – Claims Reporting, the associate will be responsible for learning and gaining proficiency in assigned processes, successfully completing required certifications, and delivering high-quality operational support. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration within the Shared Services team. How you'll make an impact

Qualifications:
• Minimum Required Degree: Graduate
• Preferred Degree: Any bachelors degree
• Certificate(s)/Special Training: Customer Service – Need to have/ Insurance Domain knowledge – Good to have Experience (Career Level Guide):
• 1 yr of experience in Insurance will be good to have
• Good Academic record (50% or above)
• Knowledge, Skills and Ability Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
• Good Comprehension skills
