Job Description
Unifane Solutions is looking for an experienced and reliable US truck dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in US trucking dispatch and a strong understanding of the US freight industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Find and book loads using DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards.
• Negotiate rates with brokers and secure profitable loads.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding pickups, deliveries, and routes.
• Handle rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and other shipping documents.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to brokers and customers.
• Manage appointments, detention, layovers, and delivery delays.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and drivers.
• Ensure smooth daily dispatch operations and accurate load records. Requirements




• Must have prior hands-on experience in US trucking dispatch.
• Strong knowledge of US freight markets, routes, and load boards.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Good English communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote-work setup.
• Availability to work according to US business hours.
