Role Description The Dispatcher is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajpura, responsible for coordinating day-to-day logistics and operational activities. This role involves scheduling and dispatching drivers or service teams, monitoring routes and workloads, and ensuring timely completion of assignments. The Dispatcher communicates with clients and internal teams to relay instructions, resolve issues, and provide status updates on deliveries or services. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records,



updating systems with real-time information, and escalating operational concerns when needed. The role also requires collaborating with supervisors to optimize routes, manage priorities, and support overall service quality and efficiency. Qualifications
• Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage schedules, routes, and multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with drivers, internal teams, and clients, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer proficiency, including working with dispatch or tracking systems, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
