Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time on-site in Lucknow, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create visual assets for digital and print media. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing graphics, logos, and marketing materials; developing brand-aligned visual concepts; and producing layouts for social media, websites, presentations, and promotional campaigns. The role involves interpreting creative briefs, refining design concepts based on feedback, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables. The Graphic Designer will also prepare files for production,



maintain an organized asset library, and stay current with design trends and tools to enhance overall project quality. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling and cohesive materials.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain consistent brand identities.
• Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, readable, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools).
• Ability to translate briefs into creative concepts, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Attention to detail, robust visual communication skills, and openness to constructive feedback and collaboration.
• Relevant academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across branding, digital, and print projects.
