• Source candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
• Screen candidates based on communication, technical skills, and client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates regularly
• Support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities Required Skills




• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Recruitment.
• Willingness to learn US IT Recruitment and staffing concepts
• Familiarity with MS Office and online sourcing platforms is an advantage
• Comfortable working in Night Shifts. Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
