Role Description The Brand Merchant at ONEWAY Clothing will manage product assortments, plan seasonal collections, and ensure alignment between brand vision, customer demand, and sales targets. This full-time, in office role in Ludhiana involves Brand Order Processing, analyzing sales data, monitoring inventory levels.



The Brand Merchant will participate in pricing decisions, track market trends and competitor activity, and provide insights to refine product strategy. Qualifications
• Strong skills in merchandising, assortment planning, and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze sales, inventory, and market data to drive commercial decisions.
• Experience collaborating with design, production, and marketing teams to align product and brand strategy.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple collections or categories.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and merchandising or retail planning tools; comfort working with reports and KPIs.
• Prior merchandising or buying experience in apparel or fashion is highly beneficial.
