As Demand Qualification Associate, you manage inbound enquiries, keep our pipeline trustworthy, and qualify leads so the sales team spends time only on real opportunities. This is B2B sales learned from the ground up — with AI doing the grunt work so you can focus on judgment. • You'll use AI tools daily to do work that used to take a team of five, and you'll be expected to push those tools further.
• You'll help build the AI foundation of the company, not just consume it: your data, your workflows, your judgment become part of how Elchemy operates.
• You'll be a founding user, not a late adopter. What you build in month one becomes the playbook for everyone hired after you.

• Month 1: Respond to and qualify inbound leads; route them to the right salesperson; own CRM hygiene (deduplication, data accuracy etc.)
• By month 3: You're not just qualifying, you're spotting patterns. Which sources send good leads, which waste our time, and what that means for where we invest
• By month 6: You've helped define the qualification framework and the AI-assisted workflow the next hires will inherit
• Use AI tools daily for research, summarization, and follow-up drafting — and push them further
• Be a founding user of the company's AI foundation for lead data What we're looking for
• 0–2 years experience; freshers with robust communication and drive are welcome




• Completed a UG degree (BBA / BMS / B.
Tech or other relevant fields)
• Clear, confident spoken and written English
• Organized, responsive, and unafraid to ask a lead a direct qualifying question
• Ambitious and fast-learning — you want to understand the whole funnel, not one slice
