Role Description The Hotel OTA Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and optimizing hotel listings and performance across Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and other digital distribution channels. Day-to-day tasks include updating rates and availability, maintaining accurate content and images, and ensuring consistency across all platforms. The role involves monitoring OTA performance, analyzing booking patterns, and implementing strategies to increase visibility, conversion, and revenue. The Hotel OTA Manager will collaborate with sales, revenue management, and on-property teams to align promotions, packages, and inventory, while responding to partner queries and supporting excellent guest pre-arrival experiences. This role also requires regular reporting, market research,



and continuous refinement of OTA strategies to support client growth objectives. Qualifications
• Strong Customer Service skills for managing OTA partner relationships and supporting guest communication.
• Budgeting and basic revenue management skills to help optimize pricing, discounts, and promotional spend.
• Sales skills to support upselling opportunities, promotional campaigns, and improved conversion on OTA platforms.
• Understanding of Food & Beverage and Receptionist Duties to accurately represent hotel services, amenities, and guest touchpoints in online listings.
• Experience working with OTAs, channel managers, or hotel PMS systems is highly beneficial.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in en_US and strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate online content.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple properties or projects, and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or distribution management is preferred.
• Relevant education in hospitality management, business, or a related field is an advantage.
