Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fresher Business Development Executive (BDE) role based in Indore. The BDE will support lead generation by identifying potential clients, initiating contact through calls, emails, and social platforms, and maintaining basic records of outreach activities. The role involves assisting in preparing presentations and proposals, coordinating with the marketing team to understand services, and communicating value propositions to prospects. The BDE will also help follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and contribute to building long-term client relationships.



Training and guidance will be provided to help the fresher develop core business development and communication skills. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to engage professionally with clients.
• Candidates should possess basic sales and business development skills, such as understanding customer needs, presenting services clearly, and supporting lead generation and follow-up.
• Candidates should possess fundamental digital awareness, including familiarity with social media platforms, websites, and the concept of online marketing.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, maintain records, and meet daily activity goals.
• Candidates should possess a learning mindset, openness to feedback, and the ability to work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
