Role Description The Cluster Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Erode, responsible for overseeing operations and performance across multiple outlets or business units within the assigned cluster. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing store or unit operations, monitoring sales performance, ensuring product availability and quality, and driving customer satisfaction. The role involves leading and mentoring teams, implementing standard operating procedures, coordinating with procurement and supply chain to maintain farm-fresh inventory, and optimizing processes for efficiency. The Cluster Head will analyze business metrics, plan and execute local marketing or outreach initiatives,



and collaborate with leadership to achieve growth and profitability targets. This position requires frequent on-ground supervision, problem-solving, and alignment with the company’s mission of delivering authentic, organic products to customers. Qualifications
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising multiple locations or units.
• Operational management skills, including planning, process optimization, and day-to-day store or cluster administration.
• Sales and business development skills, with the ability to analyze performance data and implement initiatives to drive growth.
• Customer service and relationship management skills, ensuring a high-quality experience for all visitors and partners.
• Knowledge of retail, FMCG, or food and grocery operations; experience in organic or agricultural products is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work on-site in Erode, travel within the cluster as required, and adapt to a quick-paced, hands-on environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Agriculture, Food Technology, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
