Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role involves collaborating with leadership to understand workforce needs, supporting talent development, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.



The Human Resources Manager will also maintain HR records, prepare reports, and continuously improve HR processes to support organizational growth. Qualifications
• Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding to build and retain a skilled workforce.
• Experience in performance management, goal setting, and feedback processes to support continuous employee development.
• Ability to manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives in a diverse workplace.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements within the Indian context.
• Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS or HR software tools, and basic data reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, textiles, or similar industry is preferred.
