Qualification: BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Min 20 years of manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Candidates from FMCG, Food & Beverage, Tea, or Coffee industries

CTC: Upto 25 LPA

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AGM – Unit & Production Head to lead manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in plant operations, production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and people management, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production and overall plant operations
- Oversee engineering and maintenance activities for the coffee manufacturing unit
- Drive productivity, quality, cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, safety, and statutory regulations
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing manufacturing teams
