Position: Center Operations Manager
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Experience: Min 2–3 Years’ Experience in Healthcare Operations (IVF preferred)
Salary: 40K - 50K
Job Summary:
To support day-to-day operations, enhance patient experience, and ensure smooth functioning of our fertility center.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain service standards
2. Ensure smooth patient flow, appointments, and counselling coordination
3. Handle patient queries, issues, and service recovery
4. Manage and support in revenue generation for the center
5. Coordinate with doctors, embryology, and clinical teams
