Position: Manager – Talent Acquisition

Experience: 10–12 Years in relevant field

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across the organization.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies based on business requirements.
- Manage job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
- Partner with department heads and management to understand manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Manage recruitment through job portals, Linked In, employee referrals, consultants and other sourcing channels.
- Ensure timely closure of critical and volume hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain effective candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics, turnaround time and hiring progress and provide regular reports to management.
