Marketing & Communications Manager
Location: Kochi
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Age: 40–48 years
Salary: 50,000 – 75,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication strategies.
- Build brand visibility through ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store marketing initiatives.
- Manage advertising campaigns, social media, PR, and promotional activities.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention programs.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing spend.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience.
- Mandatory experience in B2C/FMCG/Consumer Products/Retail brands.
- Solid expertise in branding, digital marketing, communications, and customer engagement.
