Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field-level farmer programme to support sustainable agriculture initiatives.
- Procurement of agricultural commodities, manage price negotiations, and streamline the supply chain.
- Should be involved in collection, analysis, and reporting of farm-level data to support sustainability metrics.
- Should implement Positive Agricultural Practices and farm certifications.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead a team of field assistants while collaborating closely with the commercial team.
Candidate requirements:
- Graduate / Post-Graduate in Agriculture or Agri Business
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Agri-Input/Agri-Output Industry
- Experience in the spices industry is preferred.
- Passion for regenerative agriculture and sustainability
- Must be fluent in Telugu language.
- Well versed with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
