Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of residential and commercial interior design, space planning, modular furniture solutions, and project execution. The role involves understanding client requirements, developing innovative design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and 3D visualizations, and coordinating with execution teams to deliver high-quality interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Requirement Analysis

Meet with clients to understand their lifestyle needs, design preferences, functional requirements, and project expectations.

Provide professional design recommendations and solutions based on client requirements and budget.

Present design concepts and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Space Planning & Design Development

Conduct site visits, take accurate measurements, and analyze existing spaces.

Prepare floor plans and layouts that optimize space utilization, functionality, movement flow, and furniture placement.

Design modular kitchens, wardrobes, storage solutions, living spaces, and customized interiors.

Design Concepts & Visualization

Create design concepts, mood boards, material selections, color schemes, and presentations.

Develop 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D Max, or similar tools.

Prepare detailed drawings, elevations, and specifications required for project execution.

Project Coordination & Execution Support

Coordinate with architects, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other project teams for smooth execution.

Ensure design implementation as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Conduct site inspections and provide design-related support during project execution.





Identify and resolve design or execution challenges.

Client & Project Management

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.

Prepare design proposals, BOQs, and project-related documentation.

Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and internal teams for project updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential and modular furniture projects.

Solid knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture layouts, materials, and finishes.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D visualization tools, and MS Office.

Good understanding of interior execution processes and technical drawings.

Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.

Preferred Experience

Experience in turnkey interior projects and customized furniture solutions.

Ability to convert client requirements into practical and aesthetically appealing designs.

Experience working with vendors, contractors, and execution teams.
