How you'll make an impact • 3+ Years of experience in One identity Manager. • Experience in handling complex support related requests related to One identity manager. • Act as an escalation point for issues that cannot be resolved by L1 Team • Experience in providing knowledge transfer and training to Junior staff or other team members. • Create and maintain technical documentation • Good understanding about JML Process, workflows. • Good understanding about RBAC, Dynamic Group concepts. • Incident Management:



Experience in solving the issues in mentioned SLA timeline by the client • Positive knowledge in SQL • Experience with 1IM tools like Job Queue, report editor, Synchronization Editor. • Ability to bring new ideas and complex technical matters to resolution and display judgment to situations as they arise for projects.

Prioritize tasks, meet schedules Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills • Display analytical skills to complex problems • Display in-depth knowledge of the underlying technology, assesses user satisfaction and the effectiveness of technology and recommends changes as needed. • Ability to manage small projects for IDM application consumption.
