About the Role

As an AI Deployment Engineer at MyaiOne,



you’ll work directly with customers to bring AI into their daily engineering and business workflows. This is a Forward Deployed Engineering role that combines hands-on implementation with customer onboarding, technical guidance, and ongoing adoption. You’ll help customers move from their existing ways of working to confidently operating and improving their own AI environments in a way that empowers, not replaces people.

At the center of this work are Rigs: stateful cloud environments configured with the AI tools, applications, integrations, and workflows a team needs. For software development, a Rig provides a dedicated Software Factory for maintaining and extending an existing codebase or building something new. Across other departments, Rigs support the specific processes and responsibilities of the teams using them.

You’ll work alongside customers to understand their systems, identify useful starting points, and build, configure, and manage medium to large Rigs. Your responsibility continues beyond deployment: you’ll onboard users, guide engineers through new workflows, troubleshoot problems, and help teams develop the skills to direct AI work and review its results.



What you learn from customer implementations will also help improve MyaiOne’s products and deployment practices.

We’re a small team with deep AI expertise and experience building scalable open-source and business software. You should already be comfortable with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex, and have gone further by building your own workflows, tools, or pipelines around them. The technology changes quickly, so you’ll need to learn, build, and teach as you go.

You’ll have support from senior AI engineers and opportunities to take on greater responsibility as your technical judgment and customer impact grow.

Background

- 2+ years of skilled software engineering experience.
- Has worked with customers in onboarding, implementation or similar customer-facing roles
- Strong experience (1+ year active use) in at least 1 AI coding tool like Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI or tooling+ systems like Windsurf, Cursor, or similar platforms.
- Has gone beyond using AI tools and has built their own workflows, tools, skills, or AI-enabled pipelines around them.
- Has a collection of Skills and repeatable development processes
- Has shipped visible projects or can create a specific software for this process in 4 hours or less.
- Effectively collaborates in remote teams and communicates clearly async
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Project management skills are a plus
- The expected shift in IST is 12:30pm - 8:30pm. Must be comfortable working with US time zones (EST, PST).
