Overview
Senior consultant with 12 years of experience in Reinsurance and Reinsurance Brokerage functions, driving AI-led enablement to automate non-value-added activities and enhance productivity.
Responsibilities
- Engage with underwriting, actuarial, CAT modeling, and brokerage teams to understand current-state processes
- Conduct process diagnostics, not execution, across presubmission, placement, and postplacement lifecycle
- Identify manual, repetitive, and data-intensive tasks suitable for AI and automation
- Define AI-automation opportunities, e.g., submission intake, bordereaux processing, document parsing, analytics
- Collaborate with domain SMEs to validate improvement opportunities and prioritize based on business impact
- Recommend transformation roadmap focusing on productivity, cycle time reduction, and cost optimization
- Translate business opportunities into AI use cases, agentic workflows, and solution architecture inputs
- Support business case development with measurable outcomes, cost savings, capacity uplift, and turnaround time
- Partner with technology teams during solution design and implementation
- Monitor adoption and ensure teams shift focus to advisory and value-added activities
Requirements
- 12 years in Reinsurance, Insurance, with strong exposure to brokerage or advisory functions
- Experience collaborating with underwriting, actuarial, and CAT modeling teams
- Solid background in process consulting, diagnostics, and transformation
- Exposure to AI, analytics, and automation-driven initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
