Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Must have skills : Machine Learning (ML), Azure Stack, Python Frameworks, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Machine Learning Operations

Summary

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the entire application pipeline, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer integrates generative artificial intelligence models into various projects, which may include deep learning architectures, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing techniques.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, alongside continuous evaluation and enhancement of AI-driven functionalities to meet evolving requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to address complex challenges.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster skilled growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML), Azure Stack, Python Frameworks, Generative AI, Microsoft Azure AI foundry, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Cloud AI Platforms (Azure AI).
- Strong experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in cloud environments.
- In-depth understanding of neural networks, deep learning techniques, and their practical applications.
- Ability to design scalable AI pipelines integrating various data sources and processing frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI service platforms and tools to optimize model performance and deployment.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing AI models for production environments.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
