About Niti Aide

Niti Aide builds AI and digital solutions for government: dashboards for senior officers, citizen-facing WhatsApp and web assistants, and monitoring platforms for departments and public bodies. We are empanelled with NISG and work with bodies such as HMWSSB, GHMC, SERP and TGMSIDC across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. We’re a small, founder-led team, and the work you bring in is the work we build.

The role

This is not a desk BA job. You’ll spend 3–4 days a week inside government offices, meeting officers, understanding how departments actually run, and finding problems worth solving. Then you’ll work with our product and tech team to turn those problems into solutions, and follow through until the work order is signed.

You’ll own a set of departments end to end, from first meeting to signed work order, and you’ll be measured on it.

What you’ll do

- Visit government offices regularly and build working relationships with officers and their teams
- Run discovery conversations: how the department works, what data it has, which reviews it faces, and where it struggles
- Turn those conversations into clear one-page problem statements
- Co-design solutions with the founders and tech team
- Present concept notes, proposals and demos to officers
- Track tenders, RFPs, empanelments and nomination opportunities
- Follow up persistently on meetings, file movement and approvals until the work order comes through
- Maintain a clean pipeline of departments, stakeholders and next steps

Who we’re looking for

- MBA (2024–26 batch), or 1–3 years in B2B, institutional or field sales, or consulting
- Confident, well-presented and mature in conversation.



You should be able to hold your own with senior officers, and we’ll coach you on the rest.
- A structured thinker who can turn a messy one-hour meeting into a crisp problem statement
- Fluent in Telugu, with robust spoken and written English
- Comfortable with Docs, Sheets and slides, and curious about AI. No coding needed.
- Willing to travel within Hyderabad and occasionally to districts and Amaravati. A two-wheeler or car is preferred.

Strong advantages

- Internship or work experience with a governance consulting firm, govtech company, PMU, or an industry body (CII, FICCI, NASSCOM)
- Any prior exposure to government departments or tenders

This role is not for you if

- You want a 10-to-6 desk job
- You’d rather document problems than chase them to a signed work order
- You’re uncomfortable following up five times to get one meeting
