Role Description The Crusher Site Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Danta, Gujarat responsible for overseeing all activities at the crusher location. The role includes planning and supervising daily production, coordinating material supply, and ensuring that crushing operations meet quality and volume targets.

The Crusher Site

Manager monitors equipment performance, organizes maintenance schedules, and ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. This position involves leading and guiding site staff, managing shift schedules,



and coordinating with project and logistics teams to align production with project needs. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, reporting site performance, and continuously identifying ways to improve operational efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of crusher operations, aggregates production, and construction site workflows.
- Experience supervising on-site teams, assigning tasks, and managing performance in an industrial or construction environment.
- Ability to coordinate equipment usage, maintenance planning, and basic troubleshooting of mechanical issues.
- Understanding of safety standards, environmental regulations, and risk management at construction or mining sites.
- Proficiency in basic documentation, reporting, and use of communication tools for daily operational updates.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail and timelines.
- Prior experience as a site supervisor, crusher operator, or similar role in construction or mining is highly beneficial.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in civil engineering, mining, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
