Role Description The Fleet Dispatcher is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role coordinates daily truck and driver assignments, ensuring efficient routing and on-time pickups and deliveries across various service lines.

The Fleet

Dispatcher monitors traffic, weather, and operational conditions, adjusting schedules and routes to minimize delays and maintain service quality. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with drivers and customers, updating dispatch systems, resolving issues during transit,



and collaborating with maintenance and safety teams to keep equipment and operations running smoothly. The role requires clear, professional phone and in-person communication, accurate documentation, and consistent attention to safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Dispatching skills, including route planning, load assignment, and real-time coordination.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and support client needs.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication and professional Phone Etiquette skills for interacting with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and experience with dispatch or transportation management systems.
- Relevant experience in trucking, logistics, or fleet operations is highly beneficial.
- Solid time management, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment are expected.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or coursework in logistics or transportation is an asset.
