Role Description The Head of Operations & Digital Growth is a full time remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance and driving digital expansion across PUSAGI’s healthcare services. This role includes managing hospital operations processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring service quality and compliance with internal standards. The individual will design and execute digital growth strategies, including optimizing online presence, patient engagement channels, and technology-enabled services.

Daily responsibilities involve coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring key performance indicators, managing budgets and resource allocation,



and identifying opportunities for operational and digital improvements. The role also requires close collaboration with leadership to support strategic planning, enhance scalability, and contribute to long-term organizational growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and service delivery oversight.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and guiding evidence-based decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management capabilities for leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for engaging stakeholders, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess practical Budgeting skills for planning, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, or healthcare consulting is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with digital tools, healthcare technology platforms, and basic understanding of digital marketing or growth strategies is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, handle multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of integrity and accountability.
