As a Large Language Model Architect, a typical day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of large language models ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate language models into broader applications and systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience in designing and optimizing neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Solid knowledge of training large-scale models on extensive datasets with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Familiarity with techniques for handling unlabeled text data and unsupervised learning methods.
- Ability to evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and implement improvements.
- Skilled in collaborating with data engineering and research teams to align model development with business objectives.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
