Role Description This is a full-time Lead Informatica Engineer role based in Chennai/Pune/Bangalore, offered in a work from office model.

The Lead Informatica

Engineer will design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and data integration solutions using Informatica, ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure data pipelines for enterprise applications. The role involves collaborating with onsite lead, data architects, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical designs, optimize mappings, and improve performance across complex data environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting integration jobs, implementing best practices for data quality and governance,



and supporting AI and analytics initiatives that rely on high-quality data. The lead will also mentor team members, contribute to technical standards, and drive continuous improvement in Neurealm’s data engineering and integration practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Informatica PowerCenter/Intelligent Cloud Services and ETL development, including mapping design, workflow configuration, and performance tuning.
- Candidates should possess skills in data modeling and databases (e.g., SQL, relational databases, data warehousing concepts) to design effective and reliable data structures.
- Candidates should possess experience with data integration and migration across multiple systems, including on-premises and cloud platforms, with a focus on scalability and security.
- Candidates should possess skills in requirements analysis, solution design, and documentation, collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing production data pipelines, including root-cause analysis and issue resolution.
- Candidates should possess leadership and mentoring skills, with experience guiding engineers, reviewing code and mappings, and promoting best practices.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in hybrid teams and align technical solutions with business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
