Role Description The Purchase Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing vendors, requesting quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and issuing purchase orders for materials, components, and services.

The Purchase

Specialist will monitor inventory levels, track order status, coordinate with stores and production teams, and ensure timely delivery to support ongoing manufacturing and project requirements. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate purchase records, verifying invoices,



resolving discrepancies with suppliers, and aligning purchases with budget and quality standards. The role also involves supporting vendor evaluation, maintaining supplier relationships, and contributing to process improvements in the procurement function.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Purchasing Processes and Purchasing, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and order follow-up.
- Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Management and Purchase Orders, focusing on accurate documentation, compliance, and timely procurement.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for cost comparison, data analysis, and decision-making in supplier selection and inventory planning.
- Relevant experience in procurement or supply chain within electronics, manufacturing, or IoT sectors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work with ERP or procurement software, and strong proficiency in MS Excel or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills with internal teams and external vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Robust attention to detail, integrity in handling commercial data, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
