Role Description This contract role for a Sales and Marketing Intern is based in Chennai in a hybrid arrangement, with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will support daily sales and marketing activities, including assisting with lead generation, following up with prospective and existing clients, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating customer communications, helping prepare marketing materials and presentations, and supporting basic market research and outreach campaigns. The intern will also assist senior team members with training-related tasks, such as organizing sessions, collecting feedback,



and updating training resources. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and customer service colleagues will be essential to ensure consistent messaging and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead follow-up, pipeline tracking, and basic sales coordination.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to assist with organizing sessions, preparing materials, and gathering participant feedback.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, social media usage, and online outreach is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Chennai, Bangalore manage time well, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software) is preferred.
