Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gulbarga.

The Sales

Executive will identify and qualify current business opportunities, conduct client meetings and presentations, and promote the company’s services in areas such as analytics, digital marketing, and training. Daily responsibilities include managing leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and following up to close deals. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services,



tracking sales performance, and providing regular reporting and forecasting to management.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and sales negotiation, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Ability to understand and explain solutions related to business analysis, data analytics, digital marketing, and training services to diverse clients.
- Proficiency in communication, including clear verbal and written skills, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Competence in relationship management, customer service, and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and online collaboration platforms.
- Proven ability to work toward targets, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple opportunities in parallel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred; relevant sales experience in IT or services is an advantage.
- Comfort working in office in Gulbarga, with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset and a commitment to ethical, inclusive business practices.
