Bharat Consulting Group is a youth-led strategy and execution consulting firm working with businesses across industries to deliver measurable impact. As we scale our digital footprint, we’re looking for a creative, execution-driven Social Media Marketing Intern to help us tell our story through compelling visuals, short-form video, and sharp content.

What You’ll Do

- Shoot, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos and reels
- Design high-quality social media posts, carousels, and graphics
- Plan and execute content calendars across platforms
- Study algorithms, engagement patterns, and organic growth strategies
- Leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve content quality and output
- Track performance metrics and iterate based on what works

What We’re Looking For

- At least one prior internship in social media marketing or a related field




- Solid independent video shooting and editing skills
- A sharp eye for visual storytelling, design, and trends
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar tools
- Working understanding of social media algorithms and organic reach
- Bonus: comfort with AI-powered creative tools
- A self-starter mindset comfortable owning the process end to end in a remote setup

Who Should Apply Someone who can take an idea from concept to published content without hand-holding shoot it, edit it, design it, publish it. If you think in reels and have a feed that proves it, we want to talk.
