Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for an Trainee Accounts Assistant located in Chennai. Trainee Accounts Assistant will be working under Financial Team, will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions, handling customer service inquiries. The role involves ensuring accurate financial records to be entered into Tally & Xero ERP.





Job Requirements

- Accounting: overseeing books of accounts and reconciliations of bank transactions.
- Direct taxation: TDS fillings data has to be provide to Accounts Management team
- GST: GST returns, reconciliations, input-tax-credit checks, GST audits/notices and compliance.
- Financial controls: improving processes, preventing errors/leakage and ensuring proper authorization and documentation.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Account Management , advantage but not mandatory

Qualifications

- BCom or equivalent Mandatory
- Knowledge of GST, Income Tax and TDS , will be advantage but not mandatory.
- Knowledge Excel and Tally ERP, will be advantage but not mandatory
- Preference will be provide to candidate located near to pin code 600004
- Fresh and graduate from 2024 & 2025 pass out , only apply for this role
