Key Responsibilities

- Create skilled training and instructional videos from initial brief through final delivery.
- Research topics, structure learning content, and write clear scripts and storyboards.
- Create Canva visuals and edit video sequencing, audio, captions, transitions, and final output.
- Ensure every video is accurate, engaging, visually consistent, and aligned with client requirements.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and translate learning requirements into video and supporting materials.
- Support LMS uploads, course updates, and related learning-content maintenance when needed.
- Coordinate reviews and revisions with team members and clients.
- Maintain training documentation, trackers, course records, and project updates.

Required Experience and Qualifications

- 1-2 years of professional experience creating training, instructional, or other video-based learning content.
- Internship experience alone will not meet the experience requirement.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Portfolio-backed,



intermediate to advanced proficiency in Canva, video editing, and content production; basic familiarity is not sufficient.
- Ability to independently take a training video from concept, script, and storyboard through final delivery.
- Ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis and translate findings into suitable learning content.
- Strong written and verbal communication, planning, organization, and quality-control skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, client requirements, and internal processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Relevant certifications in video editing, Canva, content creation, Training and Development, or instructional design.
- Experience creating corporate training, e-learning, product demonstration, or instructional videos.
- Familiarity with a Learning Management System. LMS experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools used for content creation.
