Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Gautam Buddha Nagar. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing social media content across multiple platforms to build brand awareness for both Penseurs and Innovateurs Consulting Limited and its startup clients. The specialist will manage social media calendars, monitor engagement, respond to audience interactions, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.





Daily activities include collaborating with internal teams and founders to align messaging with business goals, coordinating digital marketing initiatives, and staying current with platform trends and best practices. The role also involves preparing reports, suggesting data-driven improvements, and ensuring consistent, professional communication across all online channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills, including campaign planning and performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, brand-aligned content and promotions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with startup founders and internal teams and manage audience interactions.
- Experience with social media analytics tools, basic graphic design or video editing, and content planning is beneficial.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Gautam Buddha Nagar, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a rapid-paced startup environment is important.
