- 5+ years of experience in embedded firmware development
- Proficiency in C/C++ programming for embedded systems
- Solid understanding of microcontrollers (ARM, AVR, PIC, etc.) and embedded peripherals
- Experience with RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems) and low-level firmware design
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, and Ethernet
- Experience in hardware debugging tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG debuggers
- Strong knowledge of power management techniques in embedded systems
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Proven track record of developing and shipping firmware for commercial products
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of developers
