Role Description The Senior Financial Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for performing detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making for clients and internal initiatives.

The Senior Financial

Analyst will analyze financial statements, prepare management reports and dashboards, and provide insights on profitability, cash flows, and risk. Daily tasks include collaborating with audit, tax, and CFO services teams, reviewing data integrity,



supporting project and trade financing assessments, and recommending improvements in financial processes and controls. The role also involves presenting findings to senior stakeholders, contributing to the development of analytical frameworks, and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

- Robust financial analysis and modeling skills, including proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and audit, assurance, and taxation concepts.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with ERP/accounting systems and data analytics tools is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear insights.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) are highly preferred.
- Relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, consulting, or a similar role, ideally within professional services or a CA firm environment.
