Role Description The Security Guard role at ARDUR Security and Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Security

Guard is responsible for maintaining safety and security at client premises through access control, visitor management, patrolling, and monitoring of entry and exit points. Day-to-day tasks include checking identification, managing registers and digital attendance tools, reporting incidents, and supporting site risk reviews as directed by supervisors. The role also involves responding to security alerts,



assisting employees and visitors with directions and basic information, and coordinating with facility and client teams to ensure a safe and orderly environment.

Security

Guards are expected to follow company protocols, adhere to compliance requirements, and maintain a professional, courteous presence at all times.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities to interact professionally with clients, employees, and visitors.
- Practical experience or training in physical security and private security, including patrolling, access control, and incident response.
- Understanding of personnel security practices, such as verification procedures and adherence to site rules and protocols.
- Ability to remain alert, calm, and decisive in emergency or high-pressure situations.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for maintaining logs, registers, and digital records; familiarity with smartphones or attendance apps is an advantage.
- Valuable physical fitness to perform standing, walking, and patrolling duties over extended periods.
- Prior experience as a security guard, military, police, or related protective services experience is preferred.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by site operations.
- Clean background verification and compliance with all company and legal requirements.
