Company Description India’s Future Investors (IFI) is India’s pioneering Money Entertainment Reality Show, where real-world financial scenarios are turned into high-pressure, competitive challenges. The show explores how people think, prioritize, and make decisions about money when faced with time constraints and rising pressure. IFI combines money intelligence, human behavior, competition, and entertainment to discover “India’s Money Rockstar.” Audiences are invited not only to watch but also to participate, compete, and follow the journeys of contestants as they navigate complex financial decisions.

The platform aims to make financial learning engaging and accessible while showcasing character and decision-making under pressure.

Role Description The Program Developer will design, refine, and document program formats, game mechanics, and challenge structures for India’s Future Investors. This full time remote role involves developing episode concepts, financial scenarios, and interactive tasks that align with the show’s core themes of money, time, pressure, and character.

The Program

Developer will collaborate closely with creative, production, finance, and digital teams to ensure concepts are engaging, fair, and feasible for on-screen execution and digital extensions. Daily responsibilities include researching financial behaviors and trends, writing detailed program and challenge outlines, creating participant journeys, and iterating on formats based on feedback and testing.



The role also includes coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining clear documentation, and contributing to long-term content and format strategy for the show and related properties.

Qualifications

- Ability to design and structure program formats, game mechanics, and challenge flows for entertainment or reality shows.
- Strong skills in research, concept development, and translating financial and behavioral insights into practical on-screen scenarios.
- Proficiency in clear, structured writing for program bibles, episode outlines, rules, and participant guides.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (creative, production, finance, digital) in a remote environment.
- Understanding of personal finance, investing, or financial decision-making; ability to simplify complex concepts for mass audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to fairness, risk, and audience engagement in challenge design.
- Comfort working with deadlines, managing multiple projects, and iterating quickly based on feedback and testing results.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management; ability to present and defend program ideas clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in media, communications, game design, business, finance, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience in reality TV, game shows, interactive content, or gamified learning products is highly beneficial.
