Job Summary

Medanta is looking for a well-groomed, customer-oriented Beauty Advisor / Promoter for its premium store in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting beauty and wellness products, providing product recommendations, and ensuring an excellent in-store customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers visiting the premium store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable beauty, skincare, and wellness products.
- Promote products, explain their features, benefits, and usage.
- Maintain product displays, merchandising, and overall store presentation.
- Ensure product availability, stock tracking, and timely replenishment.




- Build positive customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 16 years in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, or premium retail sales.
- Education: Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant retail experience may also apply.
- Skills: Solid communication, customer engagement, and selling skills.
- Presentable personality with a professional approach.
- Knowledge of beauty, skincare, and wellness products will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in premium retail stores, beauty brands, cosmetics, skincare, or wellness product promotion will be preferred.
