Job Description

We are looking for experienced professionals with prior franchise sales experience to drive franchise expansion for our restaurant brands. The candidate will be responsible for handling investor leads and converting enquiries into franchise partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle franchise enquiries and investor leads.
- Connect with potential investors and understand their investment budgets.
- Explain franchise models, investment costs, and business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and negotiate deals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from enquiry to franchise closure.
- Maintain lead records and follow-ups in the CRM.




- Achieve monthly franchise sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience in franchise sales is mandatory.
- Experience in restaurant, caf, QSR, or food & beverage franchising is preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to manage investor relationships and convert leads into sales.
- Experience in CRM software and lead management.
- For managerial roles, experience in team handling and target management is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
