4).Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience.

5) Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools.

6).Knowledge of social media posting & email marketing

7).Experience of data harvesting from google .

8)New product research and content creation.

9)Uploading products on portal.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-3 years of experience in after-sales service or a related field (mechanical engineering background preferred).( female candidate )

- Strong knowledge of CRM software applications for managing customer interactions.

- Excellent written communication skills for creating reports, emails, and other documents.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
