Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations and overall functioning of the centre.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clinical, administrative, nursing, and support departments.
- Drive patient footfall, service utilization, revenue, and overall centre performance.
- Monitor patient journey, waiting time, TAT, and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Ensure high standards of patient experience and address escalated patient concerns.
- Manage and monitor manpower, staffing, productivity, and workforce utilization.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Monitor operational MIS, KPIs, revenue performance, and centre-level targets.
- Identify current service opportunities, referral channels,



and initiatives to improve business growth.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, statutory requirements, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational gaps.
- Manage coordination with vendors and external stakeholders, wherever applicable.
- Conduct regular operational reviews and implement corrective actions for identified gaps.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the centre operations team to achieve organizational objectives.
