1. Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound sales calls

- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers

- Achieve monthly sales targets

- Maintain customer database and follow-ups

- Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

- Good communication skills

- Sales experience preferred (Freshers with good communication can apply)

- Target-oriented and confident personality

2. Team Leader (TL)

Responsibilities:

- Manage and guide the sales team

- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement





- Provide coaching and training to team members

- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports

- Maintain team discipline and motivation

Requirements:

- Minimum 12 years of experience as TL (preferably in sales process)

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to handle pressure and drive team performance

3. Quality Analyst (QA)

Responsibilities:

- Monitor calls and evaluate performance

- Provide feedback to improve quality and productivity

- Ensure process compliance and quality standards

- Prepare quality reports

Requirements:

- Experience in Quality/Call Monitoring preferred

- Good analytical and listening skills

- Attention to detail
