We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team at Tekskills India Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a strong understanding of C2H hiring models and excellent communication and sourcing skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates for successful placements.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for open positions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.




- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source and manage candidates.
