Role Overview:
We are looking for a medical professional with expertise in Medical Affairs or Clinical Affairs within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry. The role will focus on scientific engagement, KOL management, medical education, clinical evidence generation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute medical affairs plans for assigned therapy areas and products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Plan and coordinate CME programs, scientific meetings, workshops, and advisory board meetings.
- Provide scientific and technical inputs for marketing and promotional materials.
- Conduct product training and on-field coaching for sales teams, distributors, and customers.
- Respond to scientific queries and communicate clinical research outcomes and product benefits.
- Support clinical evidence generation, publications, case studies, and medical research initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with medical governance, regulatory guidelines, quality standards, and SOPs.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 4–7 years of experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Affairs within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong scientific communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Experience in KOL engagement and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of clinical research, medical governance, and compliance requirements.
- Solid cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10 days per month.
