Role & responsibilities:
- Source candidates for kitchen staff, helpers, housekeeping, stewards, and other operational roles.
- Conduct candidate screening, coordinate interviews, and manage walk-in recruitment drives.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and unit heads to fulfill manpower requirements within defined timelines.
- Manage joining formalities, documentation, and candidate follow-ups to ensure timely onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and candidate databases.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Experience in blue-collar or bulk hiring, preferably in the QSR, hospitality, retail, or manufacturing industry.
- Robust communication, coordination, and candidate-handling skills.
- Knowledge of local sourcing channels and recruitment portals.
